on either side of the scenic tiled pool deck.

a hot tub, a waterfall, and a covered poolside pavilion with wet bar for
sunset cocktails.
Relax in the Jacuzzi or by the pool whilst
you enjoy stunning views across
beautiful Long Bay.
Four air conditioned bedrooms are situated in the east wing, including
the very private master suite.
The west wing with Sunset House's main pavilion, offers the spacious Great
Room with its living, dining and kitchen areas and a covered veranda just
outside for island dining with a magnificent view.
For dining and after dinner socializing, relax in
the
spacious living and dining area.
The fifth air conditioned queen bedroom/bath suite is below on the main pavilion's lower level, providing separated seclusion. Each large bedroom enjoys its own private balcony overlooking spectacular Long Bay Beach, and Sunset House's wrap around veranda's complete the expansive, roomy aura of this special villa.

How to Book
1. Please check the availability of SUNSET HOUSE using the calender. CHECK AVAILABILITY
2. Email your details to our Booking Agent using the online form on the contact page. Full details can be found on the contact page.
3. . If you prefer to make your deposit by fax, please print the form,
fax to us, or you may telephone us with your details at 284-494-5864 between
9:00 am and 4:00 pm EST. We do accept checks if they are received 45 days
prior to your arrival. Our mailing address is: Areana Villas - P.O. Box

4. When we receive your deposit, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you within 48 hours and your statement for the balance mailed to you.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL RATE: The use of the villa and its amenities, housekeeping as specified on the villa page, towels including beach towels and linens.
PAYMENT POLICY: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation. Reservations for which a deposit is not received are cancelled 10 days from the date that it was made. The balance of the rent, tax and damage deposit are due one month prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations and requests for change of dates or number of persons must be made IN WRITING. For cancellations received outside 45 days prior to arrival 75% of your deposit is refunded. For cancellations received within 45 days prior to arrival 100% of the deposit or rental (which ever has been received) is forfeited. However, if your dates have been rebooked 75% of the payment will be refunded.
DAMAGE DEPOSITS: Damage deposits are fully refundable within 45 days of guests departure, provided there are no damage, breakage, missing items, long distance calls charged to the villa's telephone and no other outstanding charges.
CAPACITY OF VILLA: The capacity noted in the description must be adhered to. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for excess persons or shall vacate the villa without refund. In cases where it is possible to accommodate a rollaway, there will be a charge of $70.00 per week. This must be pre-arranged.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-In time is 3PM. Check-Out time is 11AM.
MAINTENANCE: Every effort is made to ensure that the villa and its inventories are in working order. Should there be a maintenance problem, every effort is made to repair a problem as quickly as possible after being notified. No refund or rate adjustment is made for unforseen mechanical problems such as appliances, water, pool filtration systems, hot tubs, electrical supply, telephone service, air conditioning, television or cable service etc. Guests are expected to report any problems or damage to the villa immediately.
TELEPHONE, INTERNET SERVICE, MAIL AND MESSAGES: The Villa has a telephone service for local use only. Long distance calls are accessible through the use of a credit card. A dedicated internet service is provided. Sunset House is happy to receive letters, packages and faxes at our booking agents office (details on contact page). Guests name and Sunset House should be included on these items.
